Extremely helpful agent (Matt Dyar) helped me when my previous order was one tile short. He refunded my credit card and offered to place this order for me. Since I was ordering more than before, I just ordered online. Everything was perfect.

I ordered a sample tile. It was disappointing in comparison with the online photo. The only issue I had was it was unclear that it was from South Cypress and exactly what the sample was. This would have been important, if I liked the tile.

We ordered the flooring on August 31 and the complete order was delivered in less than one week. The sample pieces we examined look beautiful.Can't wait to see the completely installed flooring when we are finished with this project.
