Camera definition not what was represented on site video. 3 of 4 of the 12v camera power supplies cause siginifcant radio interference. Monitor's inoperative. DVR with proper inputs/output devices is probably ok.

I am a security contractor and all of my local sources were out of stock so I turned to surveillance-video. The had the part I needed at a better price than some of my local vendors. I will definitely use you again.

I paid $68 dollars for "nest day air" delivery. Did not receive it until 2 days later. I was not given a tracking # so could not find out about the delay of the products until they arrived at my door.

excellent product beat spytown on price but shipping info was incorrect e-mail stated both items were shipped under one tracking # and only one item arrived under that #. took some extra calls and some explaining to the Dept. of Labor but all...

I ordered an "auto iris" lens, but was shipped a "manual iris" lens (the part numbers are VERY similiar and easily confused). Surveillance Video was very good and promptly sent me the correct lens while I returned the wrong lens. Thanks.

shipment was shipped from two different sources,,didn't receive tracking info for one of the boxes for more than three days after I ordered and that was only because I had to call and ask for it....never received tracking info for the other box

This is my second time I order and I am extremely disappointed from time I ordered to technical support to try and keep order to Sending the product back and mostly to issuing the credit after a Week of having these in your posession.
