I placed my order on the 7th of November and did not receive it until today, 1 Dec 09! I had ordered the product specifically for a project for my patients (children) and because the order did not come in time they could not do the Thanksgiving...

Ordered multicultural markers I use for a Bible Story class, got some a few years ago but couldn't find them since. Problem w/ordering was I couldn't change #of items from 2to3 to take advantage of the high shipping cost.

I looked at local stores first and they had almost every crayola product, except this one! I really had no choice to order on line as it was not stocked in any store near Eugene Oregon! (replacement pens for the Crayola Glow Board)

I placed my order on Nov 14th, all items showed in stock and that would be shipped in 1-2 days.As of the 21st it still showed "in warehouse". I went to call to cancel the order on the 22nd and it showed shipped. It took eight days to ship items in...
