Great customer service. It is very difficult to select the size needed when half sizes are not available. One of my items, boots, designed for a very cold winter, not necesary for a Georgia. But the boots were beautiful.

I ordered one pair of Ugg ester slippers size 8. Due to the incompetence on your end, I was not able to complete my purchase. I was told that the address on my card was incorrect. Which was untrue. Barbara Kelleher

I bought this coat as a birthday gift for my husband (Nov 29) so I will have to wait for him to try it on to make sure it fits! I'm a little concerned it might be too small, but the online chat CSR told me it ran big so I didn't order the XL.
