My only problem was that I could not leave a message by phone for someone to contact me. I tried to call customer service several times through out the day in reguards to my purchase and could not get through to anyone.

Ther shipping address was wrong and Tire-easy was supposed to notify UPS and it was never done. I had to go to the UPS Hub and retrieve my items at 10:00pm and drag my children with me or the items were going to get shipped back.
