I was totally satisfied with Contractor's Direct. The Tavy products were just what I need, and I would have waited 10 days with the other supplier. The materials were shipped immediately, for an excellent price.

Showed up on time and in good shape and the blue diamond dressing stone much bigger than others I have had in the past and I checked out the heater in the kitchen sink and within just a few min. it was nice and warm.

The Pump I ordered did not have the adapter for the tube I have running from my pump & onto my blade. The other problem I had with the order is I had to go to Lowe's to purchase new screws so I could mount my motor. My old motor's screws were...

I'm still waiting for the product to arrive. I found it puzzling that you would send out an e-mail to someone who hasn't received there product because it is on back order. I STILL NEED IT!
