These are good quality balls and will be so much fun. However I do have to say the hand pump leaves something to be desired. I had actually purchased a different stype of hand pupm prior to this that works much better!

I have tried for 2 weeks to get a hold of someone by e-mail and 2 times by phone and I have left messages. No one exists. I am missing an adult ball and another is the wrong size. My event is this Sunday.

The jumping balls are for Christmas gifts, so we will not use them until then. They were wrapped very well and came very quickly.

I was short some of the hardware for the rocking horse but the customer service was very helpful and polite and expidited shipping the parts.

I ordered 6 balls, 1 adult,3 XL and 2 Lg but I got 4 Lg and 1 XL. Product looks good but not in the sizes what I ordered.

Great shopping experience.Easy to communicate with company by chat and problem easily resolved.Item arrived earlier than expected. The jumping balls were exactly what I wanted and the kids really enjoyed them. A++++vendor.
