The Santa boots that I ordered were available only as "M" and "L". I requested medium and received a pair listed as Men's size 11. That's large! I'll make them work, but I would have preferred to order by size for a better fit.

I made a point of shipping 2 day air. My order was placed on Wednesday evening, it took all day Thursday to process and was shipped on Friday to arrive I was told on Monday by the phone representative given that I could not confirm anything online.

The only down side to my purchase was not knowing when I would receive it. I got an email that the order was placed, but never received an email saying it had shipped or when to expect it to arrive.

We have been very excited for our Santa Suit to arrive. My husband is usually pretty much like Scrooge around this time, but when he got that suit on he changed into a jolly Santa. Look out Christmas, here he comes!

Was told by customer service on the 16th that the order I placed on the 15th was never received and an error had occured. I reorder, now I got two of the same thing and the hassle of having to return to receive refund.
