Shipping a little slower than I would have liked, but that may be Altama rather than Uncle Sam's. I am pleased with the customer service - when a product I wanted was out of stock, I was notified and a suitable replacement product was found.

It has been two weeks, I have sent numerous emails and still have not found out where my order is. I have had no return messages or phone calls, I am going to report them as a phishing scam.
