my machine was missing a small but integral part. i was able to transfer an identical part from an item that won't be required for use immediately. but still have not received the replacement part from Total Trainer.

Since I have received the Total Trainer I have added thirty minutes of workout to my hour of bicycling training each night. I am completely satisfied with this exercise equipment and have recommended to two others already.

My Total Trainer shipped promptly with all accessories as promised. It did not roll as easy as I had expected and seemed to drag when being used on all inclines. Unit is sturdy overall but rollers and/or pulleys are stiff and do not glide smoothly.
