Order took way too long. We were looking forward to having our hot tub back for Thanksgiving. Still have not received the pump unit & the Order was placed on 11/14,not scheduled to be delivered until 12/1

I bought the same heater about two years ago and it sprang three leaks were the copper pipe joins the brass elbows . I keep my ph and alk. right on. What else could cause this?

Delivery was made by UPS rather USPS what me has added $ 40 more charges. At this price, I would have bought this product in my region.

Item was shipped by canadian post and not by fed exp.Item was delivered by post and put in the box,and we all thought it was fed exp
