The tub arrived promptly but the legs, levelers and plug were not included. After a call the missing items arrived. Then a second laundry tub arrived. I would like to return the 2nd tub, but have not received a response from email. Do I need to...

Received product fine (EemaX EX95T) but haven't installed yet. Hope product works up to expectations. If you don't here any negative reply it is working up to expectations and would likely purchase through this company again.

I had ordered a 300 ft of 3/4 inch tubing and receved a 100 ft roll. I made a call and they made arangements to this back and the righ roll was sent.
