Took almost an entire day after I placed the order to get a notification that the item I wanted to purchase was on backorder. I barely had enough time to order from another vendor to get the shipping that I needed.

I bought WP X4. It did not work. I was supposed to receive another copy. It hasn't arrived. I am returning the disk at my own cost and expect a full refund.

I paid through Pay Pal and when I was asked for my shipping information, I entered a unit number for the trailer I live in, but it was not transmitted to Royal discount and I was charged an additional 10.00 to have the adress updated
