Lumens site says "usually ships within a week." After placing my order I get an e-mail with an expected ship date 8 weeks from order date. Drastically different from one week.

My daughter sent me 5 of these placemats as a present. The neighborhood store in Philly only had 5. I went on-line to see if I could find addional ones......which I did.

the shipment time and the 2 day delay in shipping out order from the time of the order was really really too long. 9days elapsed from order date to arrival of order.

I was disappointed with the glass globes. The bottom edge of the glass is poorly finished (rough not polished). The metal components are first rate.

This was the first time I didn't know if to rate a 1 or a 10. The product was absolutely awesome and high quality overall (10). It had nice thick brass/bronze material and was sturdy. However, it was horrible that there were small problematic...
