Customer service said product would come from Kentucky; actually came from Etobico, Canada. Tracking number was useless. Customer service said it would come Purolator. Actually it came Canada Post parcel service. I didn't get a refund of my S&H....

My 'poor' responses are related to two things; 1st, I was treated to a 'bait and switch' ad from iRobot. The pop up specifically said "Free Shipping to Hawaii", but at the purchase this was not the case. The free shipping pop up was my motivation...

item was delayed a day, but it was communicated and item showed up a day later than first scheduled. have not open item as it is a mother day's gift.
