The dissatisfaction I have is the amount of time it took to get the order. I ordered on the 10th & didn't get it til the 19th. 9 days is a longest amount of time it has ever taken. It has taken a week before, but never this long.

I like Lucky Vitamin because it offers me my preferred method of payment, which is PayPal. I don't shop online without it. For security purposes.

I love your company. the products that are ordered are so neatly wrapped in the box it seems like a present and am all excited to unwrap it to get whats inside. The postage and prices are great! Inez B Virgin Is.

Got most items in a timely manner, but some were on backorder. They do send out emails about all of this, so the customer is kept informed. And, they seem to ship the b/o items as quickly as possible...
