I have used Lucky Vitamins for quite sometime and have not had a problem with the service or product. I would love to see you expand your reach to vitamins like Ortho Molecular. Through my doctor who tests vitamins, I learn which are great.

I placed order 230am est Monday Morning 11-16-2009, Did not receive until 11-24-2009. More than 10 days!! Items where said to be in stock that where not, had to call and change 2 items I ordered, 2 additional items are still on back order, not good.

I requested less packing for the order. The package arrive almost open because it "blew up" during shipment. I notified that I am a high altitude customer, 8200 feet in elevation, and that the package needed less packing. It did not

I object to the amount of bubble-wrap! Most of the retailers I order from try to do environmentally responsible packing but you apparently don't. It really upsets me. If I find a comparable retailer with better practices I will switch.
