I am disappointed that you were not able to complete the baseball season in such a way that I could machine embroider 2009 on the two flags. I had it figured out and was ready to do it on my Bernina sewing machine! Please do better next year! GO...

I was expecting a true felt product; this was paperlike felt. It arrived with the tip end slightly bent; there is a crease where the tip was bent.

I was disappointed that the pennants came in a box that required them to be bent. The reason I bought them from you rather than at the ballpark was so that they wouldn't be creased.
