The picture on the website was extremely misleading. To make matters worse, Target had the replacment I wanted for less than Factory Outlet Store. Wanted to type more, but this adds to my negative experience.

I bought this phone for its touted amplification feature and discovered that I cannot use it at all. The amplifixcation feature is garbled and unreadable. It does not anmplify the lower frequencies that I need the most. V. DeMaio
