Shipment was extremely slow, leaving me to believe the item wasn't in stock. Then only 2 arrived and the third is on back order. I don't know if I'll be charged extra shipping or if/when I'll ever receive the third item.

I was a little concerned about ordering/shipping a glass shower door, however it was crated up and arrived all in one piece!! And it was two days early. THANKS!

i have questions on the faucet I purchased. The stem is loose on the shaft I tried to tighten but it did not seem to work. The model is EB1971AX by Elements of Design. Please send or give me information to solve my problem.

The picture of the item I order was not the item I received. I was on hold on the phone for ever when I tried to call about my problem. I finnaly gave up.
