the website was not clear on instructions for ordering, thus i mistakenly had a duplicate order. i called the next day to cancel but was told the order already shipped, sure. 20% restocking charge and had to pay for original delivery. this site...

This is a filter that needs to be replaced periodically. You should offer a discount for buying several right on the item description etc.

Shipment was extremely slow, leaving me to believe the item wasn't in stock. Then only 2 arrived and the third is on back order. I don't know if I'll be charged extra shipping or if/when I'll ever receive the third item.

i have questions on the faucet I purchased. The stem is loose on the shaft I tried to tighten but it did not seem to work. The model is EB1971AX by Elements of Design. Please send or give me information to solve my problem.
