I am astounded that an online company is as responsive as wirefly. Most online companies seem to look at you as a revenue source only, wirefly has been concerned with the whole experience -choice, order, shipment, delivery.

The explanation of ALL terms was not listed on the website so I was unable to purchase the item even though I had met all of the requirements that were LISTED regarding the item EXCEPT for one.

I paid extra for fedex 2 day delivery and It took 4 days to come to me. I wish to have that money credited back to me.
