Always able to find what I am looking for with regards to our fireplace and supplies. Receive the orders prompt, well packaged and as advertised.

Some items were not packed very well, resulting in some marring of finishes. The most frustrating piece was the ceiling collar for the chimney pipe, which will be visible from the inside of my house.

I ordered pellet stove pipe, paid for 3 day delivery, and only 1 piece was sent in three days. C/S informed me that it would be another 20 days to receive what I paid to have in 3.

The web site did not accurately depict the product purchased. Customer service was HORRIBLE. It took two weeks and 3 different phone calls before I was given a shippinglabel. John Saylor was the service rep. I will never shop here again.

excellent service. Product alittle late but that was the manufacturers fault. Great products and customer service super! Would highly recommmend because of cheaper prices and free shipping.
