I do not know how I got a double shipment. Perhaps something went askew when I went back to the site to check out the costs for inclusion of another black cartridge. I want to return the last order for full credit.

First of 2 cart lasted less than 2 weeks in limited use and printed poorly. Second cart in my Lexmark now. Worst cart I ever purchased.

The print cartridge I received was defective. If was defective right out of the box. Now I have to wait until they authorize a return, wait until they check the cartridge to determine its problem, then wait for the replacement to come.
