I love your shoes and own many pairs. I am upset now that they no longer carry large sizes in the store. I am a 9 1/2 so it is hard to tell if I am going to like the show if I can not try it on. I am not as likly to buy shoes if I have to pay for...

I'm such a good customer. That I have bought duplicates to give as gifts and given coupons away to moticate my friend to shop on line or at the store.

The online ordering process was not completely user friendly; very sensitive. It also seemed to take over 2 weeks for delivery. I am very impressed with the additional new style of Ann Taylor looks - dresses to the knees would be a terrific plus.

I complained thru BizRate, AT contacted me via email to get more detail. The last email that I received is ONLY an apologize, n statement that the complaint will be sent to the president of AT. I dont think an apology is enough. Very unsatisfied.

Thanks for bringing back 30-40% promotions and Free Shipping. With the new designer, the price points went up and the quality was no better. Go back to classics not all those trendy ruffles.

Not only did my order take forever for $10 shipping it does not fit well. Now I am having to PAY to return by mail or drive 150 mi. to the nearest store. I have Ann Taylor loft but of I cannot return it there. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE...

the product i ordered arrived several days earlier than anticipated. however, the shopping costs on line are more expensive than if i had ordered it in the store. why is this so?
