Typically, I really dislike shopping for clothes online. The deciding factor for me in whether or not order clothes was that LOFT was offering free shipping and, if necessary, free returns. Otherwise, I wouldn't have bothered.

I was shocked with how long the longs are now. I now have to have them altered when before they were ok. I love the suite but am disappointed that I have to wait to get it altered. I tried the 6 reg in the store and they are way too short, what...

I was very satisfied with my ordering online experience and the clothes I received. I did return some due to inproper fitting at my local store. That is the only way I would shop online, unless shipping and returns were always free.
